Call of Duty - World at war on Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS

I was quite surprised to see Call of Duty - World at War on the Nintendo Wii.

The game is running on a modified engine of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which never made it out to the Nintendo Wii, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Treyarch did a great job getting this running on the Nintendo Wii.

Everything from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 single player made it over on the Nintendo Wii. Yeah, the graphics were toned down a little, but it still looked great. I had a chance to try out the Single Player mode and the Squadmate mode with Nick. What’s Squadmate?

It’s co-op on the same screen.

Anytime when playing the single player campaign, your friend can jump in with a second controller and his cross-hair will appear on the screen.

So while the first player is controlling the movements and his own gun, the second player can shoot, with his own guns and ammo supply, helping out the first player through the waves of upcoming enemies.

A Murder of Crows, the latest expansion to their highly acclaimed 4X space strategy game Sword of the Stars (PC) will be available for purchase tomorrow at 12:00 am PDT (03:00 am EDT, 09:00 am CET) exclusively at www.GamersGate.com for USD$29.99 / €24.99. GAME SUMMARY

While the four civilized races battle back the voracious Zuul and seek advantage over each other, a ghost from the past returns to the galaxy in the form of the manipulative Morrigi. Dead Space survival horror video game - out soon

Dead Space, the highly anticipated new survival horror game from EA, has gone gold and will ship in North America on October 14 for the Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. The PC version will ship on October 20. Dead Space will be in stores in Europe on October 24 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 system and the PC.

Players who buy the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game within the first two weeks of the game’s release will have the opportunity to download a platform exclusive suit. Xbox 360 fans can download the Xbox-themed Elite Suit* on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation 3 fans can download the PlayStation-themed Obsidian Suit* on the PlayStationNetwork. Both of these suits will feature new looks and increased toughness and inventory slots, to help players fight for survival in the Dead Space universe.

In addition, for Xbox 360 owners in North America, the EA Store is offering a very limited run of 1000 copies of the Dead Space Ultra Limited Edition.
