Skrillex and Hikaru Utada Collaborate on Kingdom Hearts III Opening Theme Song

Ahead of the release of the highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts III on January 29, Square Enix and Disney announce that the eight-time Grammy Award winning Skrillex and internationally renowned singer songwriter Hikaru Utada have collaborated for the game’s opening theme song.


Skrillex, a long-time and self-professed fan of the Kingdom Hearts series, originally intended to remix the previously revealed Hikaru Utada track, Don’t Think Twice. However, owing to the pair’s friendship, this developed into the new and original collaboration, Face My Fears, to celebrate the game’s release.

Big Hero 6 joins Sora and friends in Kingdom Hearts 3 - Tokyo game show trailer

Just ahead of the Tokyo Game Show event, Kingdom Hearts III fans were transported to the futuristic city of San Fransokyo, where the heroic cast of Big Hero 6 joins Sora and his friends in an epic battle against the darkness. Big Hero 6’s story of friendship continues on in Kingdom Hearts III, as the super crew of Hiro Hamada, Honey Lemon, Go Go Tomago, Wasabi No-Ginger, Fred and their robot companion Baymax embark on a new adventure together with Sora, Donald and Goofy.


The world of Big Hero 6 is just one of the expansive worlds in the massive Kingdom Hearts universe. The trailer also shows off new footage from the Disney and Pixar worlds of Frozen, Monsters, Inc., Tangled and Pirates of the Caribbean, while shedding new light on the Kingdom Hearts storyline as well as a first glimpse of a fan-favorite character.

Kingdom Hearts III minigames arrive early in Kingdom Hearts Union x[cross] - XO PS4

Fans eagerly awaiting the highly anticipated release of Kingdom Hearts III can prepare for their journey early in the Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] mobile game. Starting now, players who update the app can play ‘Classic Kingdom’ mini games, inspired by classic Disney short films, within the new χ3 [ex tres] mode. The retro gaming style is modeled on popular LCD portable systems of the 1980s. These games will also be available in Kingdom Hearts III when it launches on January 29, 2019.


Upon meeting certain requirements in the ‘Classic Kingdom’ mini games, players will become eligible to receive a code redeemable for the Starlight Keyblade that can be used in Kingdom Hearts III. The codes will be distributed in-app at a later date, and players will be able to select their preferred platform (Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X or PlayStation 4).

Coco movie Collaboration in KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross] - iOS Android

KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross], the chart-topping mobile RPG, introduced a new collaboration event based on the hit Disney•Pixar film, Coco. Now through July 31, 2018.

Keyblade wielders can take part in a variety of in-game events, including:

Multiplayer Quests with Special Coco Rewards – Players can earn powerful new Medals featuring Miguel and Héctor by completing multiplayer quests.

Miguel Medals – Players can also obtain Miguel Medals by completing special quests.

Miguel & Dante” Medals – “Miguel & Dante” Medals can be obtained by purchasing the Weekly Jewels Extravaganza bundle.
