Sniper Strike: Special Ops Content Update Brings Action-Packed Middle East Campaign Zone and New Competitive PvP Environments

The latest major content update to mobile modern military first-person shooter, Sniper Strike: Special Ops. featuring a new campaign zone and two new PvP environments, along with a number of other features, this update refines and expands the already popular action game which boasts 1.5 million worldwide downloads since its launch in November 2017.


The new campaign zone will take the players to the Middle East, where it will offer over 70 new missions with new enemies, weapons and battle gear. Two new Player vs Player (PvP) environments will also be introduced to the London and Siberia zones, along with an emoji taunt system which players can use to send animated taunts to their opponents during PvP battles. Other enhancements include weekly in-game events and new functionality for clan management, including in-game chat and messaging, and visibility of player and clan profiles.


Created by the veteran games developers at EightPixelsSquare, SNIPER STRIKE : SPECIAL OPS has brought console-style gaming experience with cinematic storylines, AI-driven enemies, and multiplayer action to the mobile screen. Since its launch on 30th November 2017, the game has been downloaded by over 1.5 million players from over 160 countries across the globe, and seen strong multiplayer engagement with over 100 million completed PvP battles.

EightPixelsSquare was acquired by the UK’s largest independent mobile gaming studio, Outplay Entertainment, in 2016. This is the first game released since the acquisition.
