Does it matter what games you want to see on the backwards compatible list on Xbox Feedback?

With 6 of the top 9 games Call of Duty titles it's down to Activision to decide if or when the titles will be allowed to be converted.
And so far Rockstar is the only main games publisher without a title in the first 100 converted games and with Red Dead Redemption making the top three I wonder if they will allow the game to be converted.

- Red Dead Redemption with 109,088 votes
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 with 96,896 votes
- Halo: Reach with 90,923 votes
- Call of Duty: Black Ops with 82,673 votes
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare with 69,740 votes
