EA have announce a drop in the player of Star Wars: The Old Republic video game from an initial 1.7 million players to under one million.
This could be due to the number of other online MMORPG titles available or simply the cost of subscribing to play the game.
With World of Warcraft releasing their Mist of Pandaria expansion in two moths the pressure on Star wars increases.
EA will have to revisit the payment structure to play their game with more free play levels and cheaper subscription offers.
